Keyword Scout
An internal keyword research tool by POS Express, built on the Google Ads API.
What it does
Keyword Scout helps our team find keywords worth targeting in a market. It requests keyword ideas and historical metrics from Google Ads Keyword Planner and ranks them by search demand, advertiser competition and cost per click.
How it uses Google data
- Signs in with Google OAuth and requests only the Google Ads API scope.
- Reads keyword planning data (search volume, competition, bid ranges) for accounts we manage.
- Does not create, change or delete campaigns, ads or billing settings.
- Is used only by authorized POS Express staff. It is not offered to the public.
